Representation Paths - How We Discover & Start Working With Youth Players
PROMOZONE Sports operates through a transparent and structured representation model designed to treat every youth player fairly. Our framework operates through two distinct identification routes: 1) youth players identified directly through our global scouting network, and 2) youth players who request consideration by submitting their details through our Online Form.
1. Via Scouting Network
For Professional & Youth Academy Players already discovered through our scouting network.
2. Via ONLINE EVALUATION
For Youth Academy Players who are not yet discovered through our scouting network.
1. Via Scouting Network
Professional and Youth Academy Players may be identified directly through our international scouting network. In such cases, initial assessment and internal review are conducted independently by our team.
Where mutual interest exists, and subject to regulatory compliance, representation may proceed exclusively through a formal written Representation Agreement in accordance with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR).
2. Via Online Evaluation
Youth Players who are not yet identified through our scouting network may request independent professional assessment through our Online Evaluation Service by completing the Player Form.
The Online Evaluation operates as a standalone digital advisory service. In selected cases, certain player profiles may be considered, at our sole discretion, for additional observation, including Live Scouting. The Online Evaluation does not constitute representation and does not create any entitlement to agency services.

To ensure fairness and professional standards, all players are reviewed through a structured evaluation framework based on defined performance criteria.
